GENMA has been awarded an order for two ship loaders, which will be used for loading cement clinker, phosphate, and iron ore at a customer’s terminal.
Designed to handle significant water level fluctuations, the loaders feature a chute that stays close to the vessel’s hatch at all times—minimizing drop height to reduce material degradation and dust from the source. For environmental compliance, the equipment can be equipped with dust collection systems or dust skirts based on material characteristics, ensuring spill-free, dust-controlled loading operations. Safety is addressed through an integrated interlock system that coordinates with vessel positioning and material flow, helping to prevent operational errors.
As ports worldwide face stricter environmental standards and increasingly complex operating conditions, GENMA continues to earn customer trust with reliable technology and proven project execution. We remain focused on innovation—delivering safer, cleaner, and more efficient bulk handling solutions for ports and terminals around the globe.
