Limit switches are the boundary guards of your GENMA machine. The hoisting limit prevents the hook from over-traveling, the slew limit keeps cables from twisting, and the luffing limit stops the boom from moving beyond its safe range. If any limit switch fails, the machine could cross a safety boundary.

How to check?
1.Make sure the main power is on.
2.Manually actuate each limit switch to confirm it triggers properly.
3.Check that the control system registers the corresponding response.
Limit switches mark the boundaries your machine shouldn't cross. Take a few minutes each shift to test them all. If you find any switch that's sticking, slow to respond, or acting up — take care of it right away. A small check now prevents a big boundary breach later.
