What is a scraper ship unloader? In simple terms, it uses a scraper chain that runs through the material to continuously and fully enclosed move bulk cargo like grain and fertilizer from the ship's hold up to the discharge point and onto the conveyor belt. It's more efficient than grab-type unloaders and cleaner than open conveying systems.
The GENMA second-generation scraper ship unloader has now completed full assembly and no-load commissioning at our final assembly site, with all operating parameters meeting design targets.
Next stop – shipping to the customer's terminal for real-load field testing.
