Cylinders lift, luff, and move your GENMA machine. Their life depends on the piston rod and seals.
Daily checks
• Look — scratches, rust, or dents?
• Leaks — oil around the rod seal or fittings?
• Listen — squeaking or clicking?
Keep the rod clean
• Wipe regularly with a clean cloth.
• Long-term storage? Apply grease and wrap with plastic film.
• Before restarting, extend and retract 2–3 times.
Change seals every 2 years
• Rubber ages. Use GENMA genuine seal kits. Have a pro do it.
Lubricate spring lubricators (if equipped)
• Every 500 hours.

A clean rod is a happy rod. No welding, no drilling, no scratches. Don't ignore leaks — they only get worse.
Simple care now saves big trouble later.
