GENMA Multi-functional Portal Slewing Magnetic Crane Successfully Delivered

Recently, the GENMA portal slewing magnetic crane, R&D designed by the GENMA technical team and manufactured by Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machineries Co., Ltd. (RHM) was successfully delivered to industry client. 

Based on traditional portal slewing cranes, this equipment has undergone multiple innovative designs, integrating dual functions of magnetic lifting and hook lifting. Its lifting capacity reaches 40 tons in magnetic lifting mode and 55 tons in hook mode, enabling flexible response to the ship unloading needs for steel plates and general cargo.

Its core highlights include:

l Equipped with 360°full-range slewing capability, significantly enhancing operational flexibility and working range coverage;

l The entire machine adopts a lightweight, low wheel pressure structural design, compatible with the bearing conditions of most terminals;

l The equipment's spreader supports telescopic adjustment and ±120° slewing function, allowing efficient unloading of steel plates of various specifications and greatly improving loading and unloading efficiency.
