To Our Esteemed Customers and Partners:
RAINBOWCO (Rainbow Group) is pleased to announce a strategic brand upgrade to strengthen our products’ global presence and enhance market competitiveness. Effective from September 1, 2025, the current "GENMA-KALMAR" co-brand will be fully integrated and elevated into the unified "GENMA" brand. This milestone marks a new chapter in RAINBOWCO’s globalization journey as a leading high-end equipment manufacturer.
This product brand evolution builds upon our strategic acquisition of KALMAR’s heavy port crane business on 2022. Over the past three years, we have successfully integrated resources, advanced technologies, expanded manufacturing capabilities, and optimized our global service network. These efforts have culminated in landmark projects, including the supply of 76 units (Auto)RTG & retrofit for Ningbo Zhoushan Port, 40 RTG for Damietta Port in Egypt, 50 RTG for Marsa Marco in Morocco, and STS/RMG cranes for RST in the Netherlands, among other major global contracts.
The consolidation under theGENMA brand reflects our commitment to a clearer, more cohesive global identity. We assure you that:
·GENMA will uphold and surpass the high-quality standards, rigorous supply chain management, and efficient service systems synonymous with the GENMA-KALMAR legacy.
·All existing contracts and service commitments remain unchanged, with no impact on terms or execution.
·Business continuity and stability will be ensured throughout the transition, guaranteeing seamless support for customers and partners.
Moving forward,GENMA will further expand its global manufacturing footprint, drive technological innovation, and enhance worldwide service networks to deliver superior products, smarter solutions, and comprehensive lifecycle services.
We extend our deepest gratitude for your enduring trust and collaboration. Together under theGENMA brand, we look forward to achieving even greater success.
